Move and Measure offers various Individualized Programming which focuses on Player Development through Biomechanics, Data Collection, and other State of the Art Technology. Branding with partners such as Trackman Baseball, Weck Method, Driveline Baseball, and countless other supporters; our young driven team has sent over 275 HS Athletes to play on at the Professional or Collegiate level. Although we are predominately focused on Baseball Athletes, Move and Measure offers various Human Movement and Human Performance services which are beneficial to everyone, not just baseball players.

Trackman Baseball
Trackman Baseball provides State of the Art Technology which helps us dive deeper into each athletes programming. Trackman not only gives us up to FIVE camera angles for each swing or pitch, the B1 unit allows us to track data such as velocity, exit velocity, spin, spin rate, distance, bearing angles, location of pitch, location of hit, percentages of each metric broken down into charts, and more.
